Creating Innovators

The founder of Harvard University's Change Leadership Group takes a highly academic turn on what he believes is today's most required skill, innovation, and makes recommendations on how to prepare today's young people to acquire and exercise that skill. With specific instructions to parents, teachers, and society as a whole, Wagner logically argues for a complete overhaul of our educational system. Holter Graham's narration is clear and solid--but a bit heavy-handed in his attempts to approximate regional American speech. This is especially true for the many young innovators speaking in interviews. The young people presented as innovative models are bright, skilled, and remarkable--but quite new to their efforts at life-long society-influencing accomplishment.
