Gr 1-3-Clearly and simply, each title describes how a sweater or a crayon is made, beginning with how sheep are raised and how wax is manufactured. Each one opens with a concise table of contents with titles of chapters in bold print and has large print and vivid full-page color photos. These well-organized books are excellent for the information they impart and are accessible to beginning readers.-Kristina Aaronson, Henniker Community School, NH
